How Do I Find My Library Patron ID (username) and Password?

Don't have or forgot your Patron ID (username)?  Please contact us through email, text, chat, or visit the library's Information Service Desk during our normal business hours and we’ll provide your Patron ID (username).

Don't have your Password or want to Reset it?  Once you have your Patron ID (username), go to the library's Login page.  Below the Login button is a "Forgot your password?" link. 

Click the link and an "Email Password" box will appear asking for your Patron ID and Email.  Use the email we have on file for you in our system, (Name.Name@afacademy.af.edu), or you won't get past this screen.

After entering your Patron ID and Email, you'll receive a system generated email to reset your password.  Passwords must be minimum of 9 characters with 2 uppercase, 2 numbers, 2 special characters, etc.
