The McDermott Library has 13 rooms available for use on the 3rd Floor of the library. These rooms are available first-come, first-served unless they have been Reserved. Reservations can made for up to 2 hours and made up to 6 days in advance.  Reservations have priority use for all the rooms.

•    Library rooms are prioritized for cadets, faculty, and staff use.  As such, a valid @afacademy.af.edu or @us.af.mil e-mail address is required to reserve a room.  Requests to reserve a library room by anyone else, using a room past the set hour limit, or using a room on a reoccurring basis are addressed by the Library Administrative Office on a case-by-case basis with a minimum 48-hour notice.
